About Us

Tom was raised in Berkeley County tagging along and helping his father with his appliance company, Aladdin Services, until his father's death when Tom was 8 years old. In his teenage years, he worked for another local appliance business until joining the US Army in 2012 as a Combat Medic. Tom traveled all over the country (and a couple other countries) while serving  and was active duty for 7 years. When he got back from deployment in 2017 he decided to start tinkering with appliances in his garage as a way of making extra income. He made it his full time career after switching from Active Duty to Reserves and moving back to Summerville with his wife and their 3 children in 2019. He continued to serve in the US Army reserves until he was medically retired in 2023. When he isn't serving the community, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, playing with his Neapolitan Mastiff, playing pool, and traveling. Tom is not only the owner but also the lead technician, so it is likely you will see him during services or repair.
